Share your best #INSEADmoments
We love your pictures and posts and we think the greater INSEAD community will too. Now you can easily share your INSEAD photos and memories with the INSEAD community.
By using the hashtag #INSEADmoments on public posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube or Vine, your photos, quotes, videos and other content will be displayed on our virtual "Memory Wall" located at: moments.insead.edu
Please keep in mind that your posts could be displayed to a diverse INSEAD community which includes people of many different ages and backgrounds. As posts are displayed publicly, they could also be viewed by people outside of the INSEAD community.
When posting photos using the hashtag #INSEADmoments you agree that your photos follow the guidelines:
Photos should be of a positive nature and not contain rude or abusive subject matter.
Pictures were taken by you and do not violate another person or entities' copyright.
Authorisation has been obtained from those who can be identified in the picture.If you see your post featured and don't want it to be, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the post and we will take it down.
We also reserve the right to remove any content from the Memory Wall at any time and without prior notice.
Additionally, we may decide to use some of these pictures, quotes or videos (collectively “Content”) on our website, Facebook page, or other online and printed material for marketing purposes (the “Purpose”).
If we decide that we would like to use the Content you have posted for the Purpose, we will contact you to ask for your consent regarding such usage. Your Content will not be used for the Purpose if you do not provide consent when we contact you, except for us asking for you consent regarding its usage.
If you give us consent to use your Content after we contact you, we may use it for the Purpose. If you decide after giving consent that you no longer want us to use your Content for the Purpose, you can contact us to withdraw your consent. We will stop using your Content as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours after receiving withdrawal of your consent.
By providing consent to use your Content above, you hereby grant us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display your Content for the Purpose. In addition, in consideration of the Service, and the potential benefits related thereto, you hereby grant us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display your Content, which you have given us consent as set forth above, for our marketing purposes. You acknowledge and agree that in connection with our usage of your Content as set forth above, certain technical processing or reformatting of your Content may be required to (a) perform indexing functions; (b) conform to connecting network technical requirements; or (c) conform to the limitations of the Site or other similar requirements.
When you consent to the use by us of your Content as set forth above, you confirm that (i) you have the right to give us permission to use your Content for the purposes specified above, (ii) the use by us of the rights you have granted under these Terms will not violate the rights of any third parties, and (iii) you have obtained the consent of anyone who is identifiable in it, or their parent or guardian if they are under 18 years of age.”
